Job summary

CHS Group in London is seeking an Electrical Estimator or Senior Electrical Estimator to join their team. You will handle tenders for M&E projects up to £100m across various sectors, including data centre opportunities.

Shell & Core projects up to £20m and DC projects up to £100m are noted. The role involves reviewing Tender documentation, coordinating with Technical Design and Operations, producing tender takes-off, and advising on value engineering opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within the building services industry across a number of sectors.
• Senior Estimator position held for 5+ years
• Knowledge and understanding of electrical services
• Proficient in estimating software (Trimble ContractMaster)
• Reliable and professional attitude towards work
• Flexible and methodical approach to work

Responsibilities

• Manage Tender/cost plan enquiries in line with procedures
• Review and analyse Tender documentation to ensure client requirements
• Prepare and provide all relevant estimate documentation for Tender adjudication
• Attend site surveys and client meetings during Tender/Post Tender periods
• Demonstrate scope of works to Operations Department with commercial and technical awareness
• Mentor and support other team members as required
