Job summary

Eden Brown is seeking a Senior-Associate Electrical Engineer for a private building services consultancy in London. The role is hybrid and offers high-responsibility ownership of electrical design across projects.

You will lead from concept to delivery, mentor engineers, and contribute to client relationships and business development in a collaborative environment with a sustainability focus.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in electrical building services engineering.
• Experience leading projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent client-facing, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong budgeting and deliverables management.
• Understanding of applicable legislation and standards.
• Chartered Engineer status, or working towards Chartership.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and delivery from concept through to completion
• Produce and review technical designs, specifications, reports and drawings
• Coordinate electrical designs with other disciplines
• Lead design team and client meetings
• Manage project programmes, budgets and technical deliverables
• Build and develop strong client relationships
• Support business development and work-winning activities
• Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers
