Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare electrical infrastructure projects, especially in hospital environments.
• Qualification in electrical or building services; chartership pursued or achieved is desirable.
• Knowledge of British standards and building regulations applicable to health buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and specification production, including calculations and design reviews.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external design partners.
• Deliver technical reports, site surveys and client presentations.
• Monitor costs and schedules; ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
