Amazon is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer within Sustainability Engineering to define and drive electrical infrastructure standards across European facilities. You will lead LV/HV design up to 24 kV, enable EV charging deployments, and ensure cost budgeting and forecasting for sustainability programs.

Join a team focused on smart grid integration, energy efficiency, and scalable infrastructure across Europe, with possible locations in London, Luxembourg, Munich, Madrid, Milan, or Barcelona.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent.
• Experience with design & innovation and R&D.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.
• Experience using MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD.

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop electrical equipment standards in partnership with manufacturers and stakeholders.
• Perform design validation and review to ensure compliance during installation and commissioning.
• Act as SME for LV and HV up to 24 kV electrical systems.
• Define technical requirements for EV charging network and smart grid deployments.
• Drive the technology roadmap for electrical infrastructure including EV chargers and substations.
• Develop business cases and present recommendations for investment decisions.
• Coordinate with programme managers to ensure quality and standards compliance across large installations.
• Drive process improvement across commissioning, audit, value engineering, and cost control.
