Senior Electrical Engineer – LV Power Systems – Cheshire – Permanent – Hybrid Working – £55-65k + £6k car allowance + bonus + 25 days holiday

Samuel Frank is recruiting for a Cheshire based systems integrator as they’re looking bring in an experienced Electrical Engineer with a proven track record of producing conceptual designs of low voltage power systems for industrial drive systems, power conversion and power generation applications.

The company is growing and has a full order book. You’ll be working from their state of the art facility three days a week and enjoy a market leading benefits package.

Key aspects of the Senior Electrical Engineer role include –

• LV power system design for industrial drive systems, power conversion and power generation applications.
• Strong understanding of electrical control systems and low voltage power supply and distribution
• Understanding and capturing client requirements
• Electrical concept design and definition
• Detailed design studies and calculations
• Requirements and functional specifications for systems and components such as motors, drives, switchboards, transformers, energy storage and cabling
• Co-ordination with the Hardware Design team and review of detailed designs produced
• Commissioning and Site Acceptance Testing
• 3 days per expected in the office, 2 working days per week can be worked from home
