A leading engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead MEP projects. This role requires a proven track record and the ability to supervise and guide teams in delivering high-quality designs. Candidates should have a degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent and be working towards Chartership. The position offers a flexible work environment with options across multiple sites including Brighton and Heathrow, allowing for a balance between project demands and personal preferences.
Qualifications
Ability to sketch and communicate technical details graphically and effectively.
Engagement in technical discussions with clients and contractors.
Understanding of regulations applicable to the discipline.
Responsibilities
Lead projects for the MEP discipline and overall project team.
Supervise the completion of detailed designs.
Review design programmes and ensure resource availability.
