Job summary

A leading engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead MEP projects. This role requires a proven track record and the ability to supervise and guide teams in delivering high-quality designs. Candidates should have a degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent and be working towards Chartership. The position offers a flexible work environment with options across multiple sites including Brighton and Heathrow, allowing for a balance between project demands and personal preferences.

Qualifications

• Ability to sketch and communicate technical details graphically and effectively.
• Engagement in technical discussions with clients and contractors.
• Understanding of regulations applicable to the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for the MEP discipline and overall project team.
• Supervise the completion of detailed designs.
• Review design programmes and ensure resource availability.
