KBS Maritime, a joint venture between BAE Systems and KBR, is recruiting a Senior Electrical Design Manager for HMNB Portsmouth. You will lead electrical design delivery across the RIBA stages, coordinating internal and external teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance for complex, high-stakes naval projects.
Based at Portsmouth, you will produce LV calculations with Amtech, support HV analysis in ETAP, and mentor engineers while guiding projects from inception to handover.

As the Senior Electrical Design Manager, you will be responsible for delivery of projects from inception to completion through the development of the RIBA design stages. You will provide effective design solutions through the interpretation of design briefs, using your discipline expertise to deliver on medium-sized complex projects.
