Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Have you designed control panels primarily focused on PLC's, MCCs, Drives & Controls, or Switchgear? Do you enjoy a hybrid and flexible way of working? Would you like to be a part of a world‑class team?

What will you be doing?

  • Design electrical and control systems focused on PLC based control panels, including cabling, MCCs, Drives & Controls, Switchgear and related EC & I equipment within the energy sector.
  • Conduct site surveys and develop electrical engineering solutions for cabling and control panel designs.
  • Prepare, review and check necessary calculations and designs.

Where will you be doing it?

The client is a leader in advanced system integration, working on ambitious and leading‑edge projects for some of the UK’s most critical environments.

What will you need?

  • At least 3 years of hardware development experience in a project environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful systems.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC based control panels and supporting systems.

What’s in it for you?
