Total Care Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading engineering and manufacturing company in County Tyrone.

The role involves designing electrical circuits, wiring harnesses and control panels for specialist vehicles, and collaborating with PLC engineers on control strategies. You will produce drawings and BOMs, select components, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while supporting product development and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• HND or equivalent qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or relevant engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years' postgraduate experience in a similar electrical design role.
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical or EPLAN.
• Experience designing electrical systems for vehicles, mobile machinery or off-road equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation in County Tyrone.

Total Care Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established and innovative engineering company seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join its growing team.

The Role

As Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development and integration of electrical systems, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key responsibilities include:
