Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified electrical inspector with substantial testing experience.
• Proficient in reviewing EICR certificates and associated documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Safety Regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EICR contractors and assess testing quality.
• Review and verify EICR certifications and documentation.
• Inspect completed electrical work for regulatory compliance.
• Monitor contractor performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Support electrical safety programmes across housing properties.
• Identify non-compliant installations and direct remedial actions.
• Maintain inspection records and performance reports.
