Senior EHS Advisor

SSA are currently working with a leading mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality engineering solutions across commercial, residential, education, and technology sectors. We're actively looking for a senior EHS advisor due to the expansion of the London team.

As a Senior (EHS) Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and procedures across all projects.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with UK legislation and company standards.
  • Provide expert advice and training to project managers, supervisors, and site operatives.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience as an EHS Advisor in construction or MEP contracting.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) required; membership of IOSH desirable.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
