Orla Rose Associates Ltd is seeking a Senior eFX Liquidity Analyst to own liquidity provider performance, routing decisions and execution quality. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to improve execution and partner with liquidity venues.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in financial services, strong knowledge of FX markets, electronic trading and FIX; proficient in SQL and Python; capable of leading projects and mentoring analysts.

Qualifikationen

• 4–5 years of experience in financial services with FX or related
• Strong knowledge of electronic trading and order-routing technology
• Experience building relationships with liquidity providers and venues
• Experience modelling and analyzing liquidity and execution metrics

Aufgaben

• Own analysis of liquidity provider performance across spreads, fills, slippage, rejects, latency, and hold times
• Set performance benchmarks, spot trends, and present recommendations
• Improve liquidity routing and provider allocation for better execution
• Evaluate new liquidity providers and lead their onboarding
• Monitor hedging execution and liquidity exposure; identify risk concentrations
• Lead resolution of complex liquidity issues with internal/external teams
• Build relationships with liquidity providers, venues and clients
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to cross‑company projects
