Prospero Group in Bristol is seeking a driven Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to build strong relationships with primary, secondary and SEND schools, source and place teaching and support staff, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in education recruitment or fast-moving temporary recruitment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with money-motivated attitude.
• Exceptional communication, drive and ambition.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with primary, secondary, and SEND schools.
• Source, interview, and place teaching and support staff.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate attraction to placement.
• Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets.
• Provide expert market knowledge to clients and candidates.
• Mentor junior consultants where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
