Academics in Guildford is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our education team. You will run a 360 desk across Primary, Secondary or SEN schools, managing both candidate and client sides in a competitive yet autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in recruitment (Education recruitment preferred).
• Evidence of a successful track record and achievements.

• Experience with business development and building client relationships.
• Excellent candidate care and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Run a 360 desk across Primary, Secondary or SEN schools.
• Manage both candidate and client relationships end-to-end.
• Win new business and develop the local education market.
• Contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets.
