An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join a growing education recruitment business.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with 2–6 years in education, a degree, and a strong track record of generating consistent year-on-year gross margin. Candidates open to setting up a new branch in London to replicate the company’s proven model will be highly considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow your own recruitment desk within the Primary and Secondary education sector.
  • Source, screen, and place candidates for schools and educational institutions.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, understanding staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and showcase consistent year-on-year gross margin growth.
  • Support branch growth initiatives or lead the set-up of a new branch in London.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to divisional and company growth targets.
  • Utilise internal systems and CRM to track candidates, placements, and performance metrics.
