Job summary

Lighthouse seeks a Senior Project Manager, Client Services EMEA for a 12-month maternity cover in London. You will lead delivery across a portfolio of eDiscovery matters, acting as trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, ensuring efficient, cost-effective solutions and high service standards.

The role requires deep eDiscovery expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor others within a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience with at least four years in an eDiscovery project management role.
• Experience delivering complex eDiscovery projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of eDiscovery workflows, technology solutions and best practices.
• Experience with Relativity and related eDiscovery tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage large and complex matters (disputes, regulatory, employment) and ensure delivery excellence.
• Act as lead delivery contact for a portfolio of clients and matters.
• Coordinate data processing, review and production tasks across teams.
• Mentor team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices.
• Communicate scope, deadlines and expectations to stakeholders.
