Job summary

ECB STAR Group seeks an Associate Director to lead complex eDiscovery engagements in London. You will guide data collection, review and production, acting as a trusted adviser to clients. You’ll collaborate with forensic technology and investigations teams to deliver defensible, innovative solutions.

In this senior role you’ll design TAR and predictive coding workflows, mentor juniors, and contribute to business development while enjoying a flexible hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on eDiscovery experience with complex matters.
• Deep expertise with RelativityOne and the EDRM lifecycle.
• Designing and managing document review workflows (TAR and predictive coding).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end eDiscovery engagements from data collection to production.
• Advise on workflow design, review strategy and data handling approaches.
• Develop advanced review workflows and mentor junior staff.
• Manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
