• 5+ years in a presales, sales engineering, or customer-facing consulting role.
• Strong knowledge of EDI formats and standards (X12, EDIFACT, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and define solution requirements.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
• Lead the technical response to RFPs and RFIs, including solution architecture and compliance details.
