About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Ecologist to join their growing team in Shaftesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high‑quality ecological services across a range of exciting projects – from biodiversity assessments and habitat management plans to protected species surveys and ecological impact assessments.

As a Senior Ecologist, you will lead fieldwork, manage projects, support junior colleagues, and contribute to the continued success and development of the ecology team. You will work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals in an environment that values balance, flexibility, and innovation.
