A leading consultancy in sustainability is looking for an Ecological Consultant to manage various ecological projects focusing on renewable energy and infrastructure. You will produce ecological reports, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with UK legislation. The ideal candidate will have a degree in ecology, possess strong project management skills, and have experience in preparing ecological assessments and licence applications. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working arrangements.
Project work will be varied, and there will be a strong focus on renewable energy, infrastructure and residential schemes as well as other commercial development projects.

You will have demonstrable experience in a range of different areas of ecological consultancy practice, and would be able to lead and mentor others within the team. You should be able to demonstrate competence in ecological surveying.
