Job summary

East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a Senior Nursery Practitioner to join the Commercial team in our busy early years' nursery. You will support the Nursery Manager and work with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality childcare and education.

You will apply EYFS standards, lead by example, and monitor care, safety and development through observation and assessment, while building strong partnerships with parents.

Qualifications

• Recent leadership experience in early years settings.
• Ability to plan for children's learning using EYFS.
• Strong partnership with parents and carers.
• Organised and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursery Manager and team to maintain high standards.
• Plan and monitor children's learning through observation and assessment.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare of children.
