Our beautiful Hopscotch nursery in Eastleigh setting is looking for a Senior Early Years Practitioner to support the Room Leader in our Waddler room (18 months-2 years) guiding a dedicated team and nurturing children’s development in a warm, inspiring environment.

What You’ll Need:
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification
  • A passion for working with children
  • Experience work in a childcare environment

Your Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Room Leader to plan engaging, EYFS-aligned activities

Help maintain a clean, safe environment—reporting any issues promptly

Be a reliable, flexible, and supportive team member

Communicate confidently with parents and carers about their child’s progress

Create a vibrant, inclusive, and stimulating learning space

Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time

Uphold company policies and report any concerns appropriately

Role Details:
  • Contract: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
  • Salary: £28,204.80 pro rata
