Job summary

Christ the King Catholic Academy in Leicester is launching a brand-new nursery for 3–4-year-olds and seeks a Level 4 Early Years Practitioner to Lead the team. You’ll drive high standards of care, learning and development, supporting staff to deliver exceptional outcomes for our youngest children.

You will be a proactive, capable practitioner who models best practice, collaborates with senior leaders, and champions inclusion and safeguarding across the nursery and school community.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of child development and early years best practice.
• Inspiring, supportive leadership of colleagues.
• Commitment to inclusion and safeguarding of children.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new nursery team to deliver high standards of care and learning.
• Work with senior leaders to implement the EYFS framework.
