Job summary

Kids Planet Durham is seeking a dedicated Senior Early Years Educator to join our team. You will work closely with the Room Leader to plan and deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for young children in line with the EYFS framework.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, create an inclusive, welcoming environment where every child can thrive, and mentor newer colleagues. A UK Level 2 qualification and safeguarding knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a UK recognised Level 2 early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Extensive safeguarding knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Room Leader in planning and delivering high-quality care and learning experiences aligned with EYFS.
• Plan engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
