Responsibilities

  • Manage applications through candidate tracking system and assessment centres.
  • Support trainees and solicitor apprentices with regular check-ins.
  • Handle offers and rejections with Early Talent Partners.
  • Manage feedback processes for timely training contract offers.
  • Create and update social media content related to early talent.
  • Address ad hoc pastoral issues and conduct exit interviews.
  • Manage budgets and monthly expenditure reporting.

Senior Early Talent Advisor – 12 Month FTC

Global law firm renowned for their award-winning work in ESG and sustainability are seeking a Senior Early Talent Advisor on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role would suit someone who brings passion and creativity to their role and who is willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Early Talent Advisor
  • Managing applications received through candidate tracking system and management of assessment centres for the firm’s Insight Scheme, Summer Vacation Programme, and Solicitor Apprentice Scheme.
  • Supporting the firm’s trainees and solicitor apprentices with monthly check ins.
  • Management of offers and rejects with the Early Talent Partners.
  • Managing feedback process to ensure training contract offers are made timely and all statistical information is provided.
  • Creating and updating content on social networking sites relating to early talent.
  • Ad hoc pastoral issues and carrying out exit interviews.
  • Managing budgets / monthly expenditure reporting.
Skills & Requirements of the Senior Early Talent Advisor
  • Early Careers recruitment experience working in a law firm is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple programmes and projects concurrently.
  • Keen interest in social mobility and the firm’s diversity agenda.
  • Experience with SAP would be highly advantageous.
