Senior EA to Partner Head of Investor Relations and Team

West End Victoria - up to £80K plus bonus and benefits

1 day WFH

For our client, an international Private Equity company based in Victoria, we are looking for Senior EA to assist the Head of Investor Relations and the team (5 pple).

PREVIOUS experience in Investor Relations a MUST

Main responsibility will include:

• Investor Relations coordination for Roadshows and Global conferences to include
• Close contact with investors, meeting rooms and on the ground logistics
• Assisting and coordinating due diligence days for multiple investors, in person and via Zoom
• Close contact with investors daily
• Draft briefing notes ahead of meetings / calls
• CRM managements
• Extensive travel / last minute changes. Accommodation, Visa’s and transport across different time zones
• Team Expenses
