Job summary

No7 Beauty Company in Nottingham is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Executive to lead the online plan and drive growth for Lizearle.com. You will collaborate across functions, manage day-to-day promotions, and support IT-led digital initiatives to enhance the online customer journey.

The role demands strong commercial sense, CMS experience (SFCC preferred), and comfort with Jira and Adobe tools. This is a full-time, permanent position within our Digital Team.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse financial information clearly.
• Experience in CMS management (preferably SFCC) and familiarity with Jira and Adobe stack.
• A genuine interest in beauty and digital trends.
• A collaborative spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment while also being able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Support the ownership of the online plan, managing day-to-day operations to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful execution of our commercial strategies.
• Optimise product setups and identify opportunities to drive growth on Lizearle.com.
• Manage day-to-day promotion set up on site.
• Support the eCommerce manager in maintaining strong relationships with Operations and Demand teams.
• Implement digital initiatives alongside our IT team and enhance the online customer journey through effective digital merchandising.
