Job summary

SEFE Energy seeks a Senior Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 and UMAX Platform solutions as part of a major technology transformation. You will build integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise apps, craft custom plugins and APIs, and optimise dataverse models for performance.

You will work with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative teams across IT and business to drive reliable deployments and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments, with strong expertise in both Dynamics 365 and UMAX platforms.
• Strong software development skills using C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, APIs, and Power Platform technologies including Power Automate and model-driven applications.
• Solid understanding of Dataverse, solution architecture, data modelling principles, and enterprise integration patterns involving Salesforce, middleware, and third-party systems.
• Experience working with DevOps practices, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, solution management, and structured release processes.
• Analytical and solution-focused mindset with a passion for delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable applications that solve complex business challenges.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and the UMAX platform.
• Build and support integrations between Dynamics 365, UMAX, Salesforce, middleware platforms, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, APIs, JavaScript extensions, and Power Platform components.
• Design and optimise Dataverse data models, ensuring data integrity and performance across the landscape.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release management processes, and ALM activities for deployments.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, admins, delivery teams, and external partners to troubleshoot issues and improve capabilities.
