Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Our client, a leading digital consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join their expanding D365 practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects, deliver high-quality solutions, and shape client transformation programmes across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Facilitate client workshops to capture requirements, design solutions, and advise on best practices.
• Provide functional leadership through the full project life cycle, from presales through to delivery and handover.
• Manage migrations, integrations, and customisations within the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Support technical and commercial presales activities, including scoping, estimating, and preparing SoWs.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365 wave releases and new features, incorporating these into solution design.
• Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, ensuring solution alignment with business goals.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices within the D365 team.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Proven track record of leading full life cycle D365 projects from design to delivery.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Ability to provide business analysis and consultancy, advising on solution options and trade-offs.
• Experience with data governance, information protection, and integration with Azure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Awareness of user experience (UX/UI) principles.
• Eligible for or holding SC Clearance.

• Experience working in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
• Familiarity with Azure services supporting Dynamics 365 solutions.
