Breakthrough T1D UK is the UK\'s leading type 1 diabetes charity, funding research, advocating for change and supporting the T1D community. We seek a Senior Donor Stewardship Officer to deliver exceptional donor experiences and help build a pipeline of future major donors.

This is a permanent, hybrid role with London (E14) office days and home working. You will steward donors, coordinate events, maintain CRM records and ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and GDPR.

Competenze

• Donor stewardship, supporter care, events or fundraising administration.
• Donor or customer relationship or account management.
• Coordinating events, from planning through to on-the-day delivery.
• Maintaining accurate records on a CRM system.
• Working with fundraising regulation, Gift Aid, data compliance and ethical fundraising principles.
• Applying GDPR with an understanding of data protection and due diligence in a fundraising context.

Location: Hybrid working - Part London (E14) office-based and part home working. The post holder will work a minimum of one day a week in the office.

Salary: £36,100 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

Closing date: Monday 23 November 2026 at midnight

Interview date: Monday 30 November and Tuesday 1 December 2026 over video on Teams with a possible second stage in person on Thursday 3 December 2026.

This is a permanent role.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional donor stewardship and helping to develop a pipeline of future major donors in support of Breakthrough T1D's mission to cure, treat and prevent T1D.
