Senior Domiciliary Care Assistant

Location:Richmond Villages Aston, Richmond Drive, Off Maple Drive, DE72 2EA

Salary: £13.40ph & Paid Breaks

Contract: Permanent - No Travel

Shift Patterns available: 27hrs on Days & 15hrs on Nights

As a Senior Domiciliary Care Assistant at a Richmond Village, you will work alongside Head of Domiciliary Care in supporting with administrative and hands‑on care duties.

Team Player: Collaboration with the Head of Domiciliary Care and other team members is crucial.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly

Communication Skills: Effective and polite communication with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals.

Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion

CQC Regulations: Knowledge of Care Quality Commission standards is required.

IT Literacy: Comfort with using technology and software.

Because we care for vulnerable people, we’ll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
