A leading consulting and engineering firm in London is seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller. This role will ensure the efficient organisation and compliance of project documentation. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in document control within construction or infrastructure, along with strong knowledge of EDMS systems such as ALIM and Asite. The company offers a supportive work environment focused on diversity and inclusion, and the role is office-based 3 days per week.

You will be based in our office in Acton, London 3 days a week.
As a Senior Document Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth flow and organisation of project documentation. Working closely with the Document Controller Manager and design team, you will take a lead in ensuring that all project documentation is compliant, organised, and effectively managed. You will provide guidance and training to the wider team on document control best practices, oversee the implementation of workflows, and manage coordination between stakeholders. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy, accessibility, and security of project documents, contributing significantly to the project’s success.
