Which is why we are looking for a new Senior Repair Technician to join our Customer Operations division! This role is responsible for effectively organising and supervising the daily site activities relating to repair, maintenance, replacement, and installation of the Company’s below ground infrastructure network.
You will be ensuring customers are kept informed of works and to effectively manage any customer queries or issues on site ensuring Networks Teams are adhering to a right first-time approach.
