It’s a role that rewards those who can spot the idea others might overlook and deliver it exactly where it makes a difference. This is a senior position with ownership of client relationships. You'll nurture current relationships and build new ones, offering creative ideas to both existing and potential clients. Business development is a part of the role, not just an extra task.* **AI-enabled advice and delivery.** You'll bring a point of view on how AI and digital tools sharpen our work, from research and drafting to analysis, and pitch AI-enabled ideas to clients that drive genuine insight, efficiency and value. You'll help build that capability in the teams around you, choosing the right tools and setting realistic expectations about how they're adopted.* **Leading teams.** You'll be a leader on the account teams you work across, setting the standard for the work, giving actionable feedback, sharing your experience to help colleagues and clients work through the hard problems, and building strong partnerships across the practice.* **Building the firm.** You'll lead and take part in pitches and proposals, spot opportunities to introduce FTI's wider services to clients, and represent the firm's values and standards, including a genuine commitment to the letter and the spirit of our code of conduct.**What You Will Need to Succeed**Basic Qualifications* Senior-level communications experience, typically 7+ years, gained in an organisation with a strong TMT focus or in a senior in-house role at a TMT business.
