A leading data and research firm in Greater London is looking for a Senior Qualitative Director to lead strategic initiatives and ensure top client service. In this pivotal role, you will mentor junior staff and drive revenue growth while implementing innovative qualitative research methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in managing client relationships. This position offers a salary range of £70,000 to £85,000, along with hybrid working and continuous professional development opportunities.
Savanta is seeking a Senior Qualitative Director to join our Brands team playing a pivotal role in shaping strategy delivering outstanding client service and building a high-performing team.

As well as a strong expertise in the application of qualitative research methodologies success in this role will require strong analytical skills and a working knowledge of Consumer and Financial Services sectors.
Experience with AI-driven qualitative research or tools (e.g. CoLoop) is beneficial but not essential.
You will thrive in working in a fast-paced environment being able to work autonomously whilst also providing support and leadership for others in the team.
