A data and market research firm in London is seeking a Senior Director to lead qualitative research and mentor junior team members. The role involves driving revenue growth and managing key client relationships across various sectors including Retail and FMCG. Ideal candidates should have strong analytical skills and extensive experience in qualitative methodologies. This position offers a salary between £70,000 and £85,000 along with a hybrid working environment.

You’ll join Savanta’s Brands Team as a highly skilled qualitative researcher, working across Retail, FMCG, and Financial Services sectors. You’ll tackle diverse client challenges – from market and audience analysis to in‑store shopper and customer experience, as well as innovation projects.
As well as a strong expertise in the application of qualitative research methodologies, success in this role will require strong analytical skills and a working knowledge of Consumer and Financial Services sectors.
Experience with AI‑driven qualitative research or tools (e.g. CoLoop) is beneficial but not essential.
You will thrive in working in a fast‑paced environment, being able to work autonomously whilst also providing support and leadership for others in the team.
