Position Overview

As Senior Director Product Marketing, you will set the global product marketing strategy for Entity and Subsidiary Management. You will link customer needs to the go‑to‑market strategy, product positioning, and pricing across the organization, creating demand and differentiating us from the competition. You will own revenue and retention targets, managing the product lines in partnership with sales and product management, and you will develop deep understanding of customers, prospects, technology, and the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high‑growth team, driving core initiatives and career development.
  • Define and operationalize the company’s global go‑to‑market strategy for Entities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather market insights that inform product roadmap and GTM strategies.
  • Partner with Product to build new cutting‑edge capabilities that separate Entities from the competition.
  • Identify addressable market opportunities and define global market segmentation strategy.
  • Work with Product Management to create top‑line customer narratives and compelling stories.
  • Deliver company‑wide enablement strategies with business operations, enablement, and sales leadership.
  • Lead pricing and packaging initiatives for new customer segments, products, and cross‑portfolio packages.
  • Define segmentation use cases, buyer personas, value proposition, and use that data to build positioning, targeting, pricing, and messaging.
  • Create segment‑specific offers and messaging that are compelling, relevant, and differentiated.
  • Support all content initiatives, including webinars, educational tips, in‑app messaging, guides, sales materials, product videos, and customer success stories.
  • Monitor competitive activities, identifying gaps and opportunities.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in the corporate governance market.
  • 5+ years managing a marketing team in a fast‑paced environment, including hiring and leadership.
  • Experience developing go‑to‑market plans with clear, data‑driven results.
  • Proven success working cross‑functionally across product, sales, and training.
  • Deep understanding of pricing for SaaS and experience leading pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Ability to create and position solution offers unique to different segments.
  • Skilled at crafting compelling stories, collateral, and tools for both business and technical buyers.
  • Technically savvy and intellectually curious about new technologies and how they enable new customer solutions.
  • Avid learner who has experience learning new markets and devising marketing strategies to reach those markets.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, bringing together diverse views.
