Job summary

CSL Plasma Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Patient Engagement Lead to embed patient perspectives across clinical development.

You will influence protocol design, recruitment and patient-facing materials by translating insights from patients, caregivers, and advocacy groups into actionable recommendations. You will collaborate with global teams to align engagement work with Medical Affairs and external partners.

Qualifications

• Significant clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Direct experience in site and patient engagement.
• Thorough understanding of drug development and trial stages and their patient impact.
• Knowledge of ICH guidelines and GCP, with ability to review complex data.

Responsibilities

• Advise study teams on patient needs, site expectations, and regional healthcare dynamics.
• Lead initiatives to embed patient engagement into trial planning, recruitment and retention.
• Build partnerships with patient advocacy groups and trial participants.
• Represent CSL externally and translate patient insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Site Engagement Leads to foster long-term site partnerships.
