Radiant, a London-based technology company, seeks a senior social media & communications leader to translate deep technical substance into public narrative and executive visibility. You’ll craft sharp, credible language and build a steady pipeline of speaking opportunities, conference submissions, podcasts, panels and awards.

You’ll own the company’s social presence across executive and corporate channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and other platforms where technical buyers, partners, investors

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in B2B technology communications, social media, or PR.
• Experience building executive visibility and thought leadership.
• Proven ability to translate technical topics for broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s social presence across executive and corporate channels, focusing on LinkedIn.
• Develop strategy, write content, shape voice, test formats, and track performance.
• Ghostwrite posts, prepare talking points, and sharpen executives’ public voices.
• Translate technical topics into clear communications for markets and events.
• Build and manage a proactive speaking/visibility pipeline with timely submissions.
• Measure outcomes with analytics and continuously improve the system.
