IMG Licensing, part of the WME Group, seeks a commercially minded licensing and business development professional to drive growth across gaming and children’s entertainment brands. You will shape licensing strategies, secure partnerships, expand revenue, and manage high-profile client relationships.

As a senior dealmaker, you will lead multi-brand initiatives, coordinate with rights holders, licensees, and retailers, and drive value through innovative licensing programs and brand extensions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing the licensing ecosystem – from client brands to licensees and retailers.
• Strong deal-making and license sales experience in character entertainment and gaming.
• Extensive network within the consumer products industry for licensing opportunities.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth across multiple key clients.

Aufgaben

• Drive new business development across traditional and non-traditional licensing categories.
• Generate new business from prospecting, leveraging contacts and exploring new markets.
• Develop co-branded and mono-branded licenses and brand extensions with creative thinking.
• Create and maintain business development/client reporting on all sales activities.
• Ensure deal negotiation, contracting and financial management are recorded in licensing systems.
• Activate retail and marketing initiatives for client brands with licensees and partners.
