This key global leadership role is responsible for identifying disease areas and commercial opportunities for our key early pipeline assets (Discovery to Ph2), as well as assessing external opportunities that could be licensed or acquired by Teva. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Business Development, Medical Affairs, and regional commercial teams to ensure early commercial input drives long‑term value creation.

This position can be based in the US (Parsippany), the Netherlands (Haarlem) or the UK. (In the UK, it can be based remotely.)

Approximately up to 20% travel to support key meetings and cross‑functional planning.

How you’ll spend your day
  • Develop and refine global commercial strategies for early‑stage neurology assets aligned with Teva’s portfolio vision.
  • Translate clinical and scientific data into early value propositions and strategic narratives to guide development and investment decisions.
  • Shape target product profiles (TPPs), indication prioritization, and clinical endpoints to maximize future commercial potential.
  • Partner with Business Development to evaluate external opportunities and provide strategic fit assessments.
  • Lead commercial due diligence, including market sizing, competitive analysis, and unmet need validation.
  • Support licensing, acquisition, and partnership decisions with robust commercial insights and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory to guide evidence generation and development strategy.
  • Ensure early commercial input informs clinical development plans and go/no‑go decisions.
  • Conduct early market assessments, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder mapping to inform pipeline strategy.

  • Engage with KOLs, advocacy groups, and external experts to validate strategic direction and shape early brand perception.
  • Represent the commercial voice in governance forums and cross‑functional pipeline teams.

  • Proven success in developing strategies that drive competitive advantage and market share.
  • Experience across multiple therapeutic areas; neurology preferred.
  • Background in analytics and insights is a plus.
