Working closely with BCG’s CFO and global Executive Committee, PSG is responsible for designing, developing, and executing world‑class evaluation, development, compensation and equity programs for our global Managing Directors and Partners (MDPs). You will be a highly visible, integral and trusted advisor in BCG’s global finance function, working within a fast‑paced environment where precision, innovation and transparent communication are key. After an initial apprenticeship period, you will become the primary contact for MDPs and BCG leadership in the North America region for MDP compensation and equity frameworks.
You are a technically focused, excellent communicator who spends much of your time interacting directly with senior leaders on highly complex, sensitive and personal topics. You manage difficult issues with empathy, have strong stakeholder perspective analysis, and can develop recommendations and collaborate with a highly global team. Leadership skills are essential to build trust, influence change, and coordinate operational aspects efficiently while keeping a big‑picture view.
The Program Director/Senior Director will collaborate closely with global MDPs, PSG leaders, fellow Program Directors, and colleagues in PSG Operations and Evaluation teams, as well as functional experts within Tax, Treasury, and Legal teams.
In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach. Total compensation includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market‑leading benefits package.
Base salary range in Boston: $195,000–$227,500. Base salaries depend on experience and skill set. Bonus up to 45% and a generous retirement contribution starting at 10%. Senior Directors are eligible for a Firm Performance Bonus.
