TSA Surveying Ltd in London seeks a Director of Building Surveying – Dilapidations to lead and grow the dilapidations service while remaining hands-on with high-profile client work.

MRICS-qualified senior surveyor with a strong commercial focus will build client relationships, drive fee generation, mentor teams and embed quality across instructions. The role carries a six-figure package with car allowance and bonus opportunities.

• MRICS qualification and relevant Building Surveying experience.
• Strong track record in dilapidations and complex instructions.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.

• Lead the growth and development of the dilapidations offering across the wider business.
