Job summary

VE3 is seeking a Project Manager (SC Cleared) in the UK to lead a complex digital service programme from inception to delivery. The role requires 5+ years of experience and strong governance, risk, and stakeholder management capabilities.

You will coordinate delivery, product, and technical leads and ensure conformance to policy and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, reporting to executives, and managing budgets and procurement to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project or programme management of complex, multi-stAKEholder digital services.
• Proven ability to operate within agile delivery environments.
• Oversight of cross-functional teams delivering data, UI, and system integrations.
• Experience managing regulatory, operational, or vendor dependencies.
• High-level communication and negotiation with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Programme Governance & Leadership: Lead end-to-end management of a multi-phase digital service programme.
• Planning, Monitoring & Control: Develop and maintain an integrated delivery plan with milestones.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Produce concise reports for operational and executive audiences.
• Financial & Resource Management: Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement with controls.
• Collaboration & Risk Management: Align agile work with programme priorities; maintain risk logs.
