Role Summary

The Senior Digital Product Manager will play a critical part in modernizing our Supply Chain and Procurement capabilities with the digital products optimizing the user and customer experience, as we fulfil the needs of supply chain and our customers worldwide. You will own the product backlog, prioritizing and maintaining the development of opportunities, ensuring that we deliver the most significant value for the LEGO Group and our customers!

Responsibilities
  • Develop an ambitious and clear product vision and strategy, while communicating it effectively to partners and the product team to ensure alignment, investment and passion for the direction.
  • Translate business strategic objectives into a prioritized product roadmap, identifying, generating and communicating new ideas and release values that will grow market share, drive commercial and business value and improve colleague/customer experience.
  • Lead product discovery with the team, researchers, and wider partners to develop, experiment and test new ideas that shape the value proposition.
  • Define key outcomes, timelines and metrics for product success, and set quarterly product OKRs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with the product team and relevant customers to ensure that the product is continually improved, meeting the requirements of the end user(s) or customer(s) and solving the business problems to deliver better outcomes for shoppers, consumers or LEGO® colleagues.
  • Collaborate with UX specialists, integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to improve user satisfaction and ensure user‑centered design.
  • Ensure communication around priorities, developments and changes are clearly understood by partners across the business.
  • Plan product development out into future, maintaining a backlog ahead of the team, take ownership for creating user stories and participate in sprint planning to provide clarity and guide the team.
  • Promote and encourage a continuous delivery culture within the product team, with focus on releasing value incrementally to deliver against objectives and key results.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the product team in Supply Chain and Procurement Operations, providing insights, context and information to help understanding of what is required.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of the business domain and technology landscape in Supply Chain and Procurement Operations for global manufacturing organizations.
  • Technical curiosity with a good understanding of software development practices and web/mobile technologies.
  • Experience in managing products at scale within an enterprise context in a global manufacturing company is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the problem(s), capture requirements, present solutions and create compelling stories.
  • Ability to identify key themes and trends from analysis of customer and market data.
  • Skilled at thinking strategically and collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams from tech, design and business in a matrixed organization to ensure an aligned product vision and implementation.
  • High learning mindset and self‑awareness.

You will join the Supply Chain Product Management team consisting of 9 dedicated and highly skilled colleagues based in London and Billund. In this team, there is a strong focus on continuous improvement, while promoting and living our values, recognizing everyone's potential to deliver unique experiences for the LEGO Group across the physical and digital world.
