Reactively is a boutique digital PR and SEO agency based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, working with clients across industries on link-building and digital PR campaigns.

We are looking for a Digital PR Manager to lead campaigns from strategy through to delivery in a client-facing, target-driven role. You will manage client relationships, oversee outreach, hit KPIs, and guide campaigns across remote, hybrid, or office work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar digital PR role.
• Agency background strongly preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships and expectations.
• Track record of hitting targets and KPIs in a results-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of media outreach, link building, and digital PR best practice.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong computer literacy, comfortable learning new tools and platforms.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
• Confident communicator, comfortable presenting results and ideas to clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver digital PR campaigns from concept through to coverage
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact
• Set and hit campaign targets and KPIs, including coverage volume and quality
• Oversee outreach execution and media list strategy across campaigns
• Report on campaign performance and results to clients
• Identify newsworthy angles and campaign ideas tailored to client goals
• Manage client communications, expectations, and campaign timelines
• Work closely with the outreach team to guide pitching and targeting strategy
• Monitor industry trends and media opportunities to keep campaigns competitive
• Support client pitches, onboarding, and account growth where relevant
