A leading motorsport organization in the UK is seeking a Digital Marketing Leader to oversee digital strategy and marketing campaigns for commercial partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in content planning and brand partnerships, with strong leadership and communication skills. This full-time role involves hybrid working based at the McLaren Technology Centre, combining onsite and remote work.
At McLaren, our mission is to set the standard for high performance in sport. Everyone, in every part of the team, has a role to play. If you want to test ideas with the world watching, measure progress in milliseconds, and play your part in racing history, you belong here. High performance starts with you.
The purpose of this role is to lead the digital strategy, marketing campaigns and content creation for our commercial partners across McLaren’s digital channels. We’re looking for a leader who can bring out the best in their team, has strong cross-functional skills and extensive experience engaging with partners/clients. You’ll need to create industry-leading brand campaigns for our partners through end-to-end planning, production and delivery of best-in-class content. You will use your experience to provide consultancy directly to our commercial partners and to our partnership teams, helping translate contractual rights into engaging content for McLaren’s global fan base.
We’re looking for someone who is both creative and highly organised, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. This person will help the team prioritise effectively and implement clear processes and guidelines to help the team succeed.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing and forming part of McLaren Racing’s broader digital team. You’ll work closely with our partnerships, content, and social media teams, and will hold line management responsibilities as a member of the Digital Leadership Team.
The role offers hybrid working, with a requirement to be onsite at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, UK at least three days per week. McLaren operates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, and due to the nature of racing and social media, the role will involve regular weekend work, unsocial hours, and may include occasional travel.
We constantly strive to be better tomorrow than we are today. Our ambition is to be the most pioneering and exhilarating racing team in the world, and our collective task is to set the standards for high performance in sport. We show up every day with energy and enthusiasm, ready to play our part.
We encourage and support diversity, equity and inclusion. We will actively promote a culture that values difference and eliminates discrimination in our workplace.

Our state of the art, sustainable campus offers many facilities including a gym, restaurant and indoor and outdoor break-out areas, as well as direct access to park and common land. The MTC is connected to Woking mainline station via regular shuttle buses, from which London Waterloo is a 30 minute train ride.
