We're looking for a strategic and creative Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Acquisition) to lead our paid digital marketing activity (excluding Retail), driving brand consideration and inspiring people to join us. This is a key role within our Fundraising & Marketing function, supporting Barnardo's ambition to grow income and deepen supporter engagement.
You’ll lead a team of audience-first digital marketing specialists, managing the charity's digital paid media budget and collaborating across teams to deliver integrated, impactful campaigns. You'll be the lead expert in digital acquisition, working closely with our media agency and internal teams to optimise performance and scale up our digital marketing and digital fundraising efforts.

Whilst the full pay band and salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint between the minimum to mid-point of the pay band - this ensures that pay steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
