Qualifications

• Strong systems thinking with a consultative mindset and ability to address complex problems clearly.
• Experience in digital consulting, service or experience design, transformation delivery or related disciplines.
• Experience applying user-centred or journey-led approaches to shape services, processes or operating models.
• High data literacy with ability to interpret analytics and metrics to inform decisions.
• Comfort working in agile or iterative delivery environments across disciplines.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to selling consulting work, including bids or proposals.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver evidence-based digital transformation for clients in cross-functional teams.
• Develop deep insight into client environments and drivers for change.
• Lead discovery and analysis to diagnose real needs behind requirements.
• Design and support delivery of journeys, services and operating models.
• Develop prioritised roadmaps and recommendations aligned with strategic intents.
• Visualise complex problems and value chains to support evidence-based decisions.
• Support research and thought leadership on emerging approaches in secure environments.
