• Lead a varied portfolio of digital innovation projects with clinicians and industry partners.
• Assess ideas, organise pilots and build evidence for tool adoption or sunset.
• Oversee plans, budgets and risks while keeping stakeholders engaged.
• Support and develop junior project managers and shape hub strategy.
